At Inclusive Minds Counseling, I understand that ADHD is more than just trouble focusing—it can touch every part of your life, from staying organized to managing emotions and relationships. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to explain or apologize for how your brain works. Instead, we work together to build real-life strategies that make daily challenges more manageable. Whether it’s tackling procrastination, improving time management, or coping with overwhelm, we focus on what matters most to you.
If you're the parent of a child with ADHD, you’re likely juggling a mix of love, concern, and frustration—and that’s completely normal. I support parents by helping you better understand your child’s unique brain, develop tools for effective communication and structure, and learn how to respond in ways that build confidence and connection rather than conflict. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
At Inclusive Minds Counseling, I believe there’s no “one right way” to navigate ADHD—only the way that works best for you and your family. My approach is warm, practical, and rooted in helping you thrive just as you are. Together, we will find practical, targeted, and relational-based interventions to help you or your child understand ADHD, develop skills to function optimally, self-advocate and engage in activities that help both you and them feel more assured, confident, calm, and engaged in what brings joy.
