Being neurodivergent—or parenting someone who is—can be overwhelming in a world that often expects everyone to think, behave, relate and learn the same way. You may have spent years masking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling like you're too much, not enough, or just don’t quite fit. At Inclusive Minds Counseling, I offer a space where those pressures can soften, and where you’re free to explore who you are without judgment or expectations to “fix” yourself.
I created Inclusive Minds Counseling to be a supportive home for people with differently wired brains—those who’ve been misunderstood, mislabeled, or given well-meaning advice that just didn’t work. You are not broken. Therapy here isn’t about becoming “normal”; it’s about finding relationship, reconnecting with your own voice, learning what truly supports you, and feeling safe enough to show up as your full self.
You’re the expert on your life. I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and respect for your unique perspective. Together, we’ll create practical, affirming paths forward—grounded in how your brain works best, not how the world says it should.
You belong here. I look forward to meeting you.

Professionally, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a nationally certified counselor (NCC) and an advanced certified autism specialist (ACAS). Personally, I am a Colorado native who enjoys fly fishing, riding horses, hiking, fostering shelter dogs, and spending time with my spouse, three children, three bearded dragons, one hedgehog, one tree frog and FIVE---yes FIVE--dogs. I would describe myself as down to earth, intuitive, a life long learner and someone who is forever inquisitive about relationships, perspectives and the never ending mysteries of life and love.
